Inspired by Sarah Nell’s post on #dataliteracy, we open the topic up for #communityconversations. Thanks to Mark Kernke, Fi Gordon, Sarah Bartlett, and Milad Toliyati for joining in on the conversation. Milad shared that according to one survey, 80% of the world is literate, while only 20% of the world is data literate. “Data literacy is the ability to read, understand, create and communicate data as information.” Haven’t we been doing this?
